Get Care
New patients
Patients living in or moving to the practice area are welcome to register, and we have an open list to accommodate such requests.
To register, you have two options:
- Complete a form available at the reception desk.
- Download and print a registration form to complete by hand, and then bring it to the surgery.
Upon registration, you will be assigned a named, accountable doctor who will oversee your care. You may still consult with any of our doctors or nurses, not just your designated GP. We highly recommend that new patients undergo a health check with one of our practice nurses.
Temporary Patients:
If you are not registered with our surgery, you will only be able to see one of our doctors in the event of a serious emergency. In all other cases, it is best to call 111.
However, if you require treatment at our surgery and are not registered, you will need to complete a temporary registration form.
Temporary registration is valid for up to three months. During this time, you can remain a patient of your permanent GP while also being registered with our practice. After three months, you will need to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with our practice.
